- Free Shipping Threshold: The minimum order amount for free shipping will be adjusted from $75 to $99. We understand that this change may require a slightly larger purchase to qualify for free shipping, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. However, this adjustment allows us to continue providing you with exceptional products and services.
- Returns: In addition to our shipping changes, we must also introduce a returns processing fee. We are adding an $8 processing fee to returns, which will be deducted from the customer's refund.
- Exchanges: Exchanges will continue to be processed at no cost to you! However, if you are exchanging and returning items from the same order, an $8 return processing fee will be incurred if the returned item is of higher value than the exchanged item.
